This 20-acre property was given to the Conservancy in 2000. The donation was part of an agreement between the developer of the Mansions apartment complex and the Army Corps of Engineers offsetting impacts to the wetland caused by the development. The property is located less than a mile west of Bethlehem Central High School, with frontage on Delaware Avenue and Fisher Boulevard. It has more than 1000 feet of frontage on the Phillipin Kill and is a mix of upland, floodplain, and wetland. This preserve has both a forested wetland - dominated by trees and shrubs; and a marsh - dominated by herbaceous vegetation such as cattails. The American Beech tree is the dominant species on the property. Beechnuts are an important food for many species of wildlife.

Visitors to the PhillipinKill are allowed to use the Mansions Apartment parking lot adjacent to the preserve.  Entrance is from Fisher Boulevard.
