This full-time position provides critical support to MHLC's fundraising program and will work to strengthen our community’s connection to land conservation. Working closely with our Development & Operations Director, this role will dive into special event coordination, donor communications and outreach, fundraising campaigns, and data management.

MHLC is hiring two (2) Summer Land Stewards again in 2026 to assist with a diverse set of tasks relating to stewardship of MHLC’s growing public trail systems. The positions will involve both field (90%) and office work (10%). Responsibilities include assisting stewardship staff to manage and maintain MHLC lands and recreational trails; leading volunteer groups, and interacting with community members through trail workdays and MHLC events. (40 hrs/week, for 14 weeks. Compensation is $18/hr.)
