Each volunteer shift is 1.5 hours, allowing everyone to experience the music for half of the event. The music runs from 1-4 pm, but we ask that all volunteers arrive at 11:30 am for location assignments and orientation. We’ll need assistance with the following tasks to make Trail Tunes a fun and memorable day for all:
Artist Locations: Stamping maps and assisting attendees with directions.
Parking: Helping to direct traffic to best parking spots and pointing attendees to check-in tables.
Check-In: Welcoming attendees to the event by checking off registered names, encouraging them to sign up for the MHLC email list, handing out raffle tickets, and providing general information about the event and MHLC.
As part of our registration process, we require that all event participants agree to our Event Release and Waiver of Liability. (Please note: This waiver also includes a photography release.)
