9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
This workday will focus on invasive species removal. We'll mainly be tackling stilt grass that has grown around the pond area on the blue trail. As time allows we will also work on removal of bittersweet which can be found throughout the preserve. Work will involve mainly pulling plants by hand, and possibly some use of pruners / loppers. A good activity for all ages!
